I grew up believing in the power of showing up for others.
My work in Early Childhood Education, Child and Youth Work, and later my Bachelor’s in Child and Youth Care and Master’s in Counselling Psychology gave me the foundation to understand people’s needs across the lifespan. But it wasn’t just my education — it was the 15+ years of supporting children, youth, and families through both everyday struggles and moments of crisis that shaped me most.

Life at home shaped me too.
As a wife and mother to two young boys, these experiences have deepened my empathy and reinforced the importance of providing consistent, compassionate support. I understand firsthand the pressures, transitions, and emotional demands that can come with life’s many roles and responsibilities.

Becoming a therapist felt like a natural progression.
My goal is to create a safe, grounding space for clients to explore their feelings, uncover strengths, and make meaningful, sustainable changes. I believe that even small shifts can have a lasting impact, and I am committed to walking alongside clients as they reconnect with their values, build resilience, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
