Meghan Milner is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She is also a Certified Autism Informed Professional (ASDI), bringing a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed lens to her work. Meghan works with those 12+ who may be juggling high expectations, trying to find their “spark”, eating disorders, emotional exhaustion, grief and other difficult challenges life brings. She also sees couples who are finding themselves in relationships that feel more draining than fulfilling. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and somatic practices, she helps clients slow down, uncover their “why,” and make small, sustainable shifts towards their goals.
Hi, I’m Meghan!
Let’s Get Personal
Outside of her clinical work, Meghan is a proud Aunty and treasures time with her husband, friends, and family. She finds joy in exploring new restaurants, travelling, and quiet days filled with cooking, playing board games, going through her vinyl record collection and letting music fill the room as she dances in the refrigerator light.

I grew up surrounded by resilience…
With a mother working in healthcare and a father in a paper factory, I saw firsthand the grit and perseverance it takes to show up every day. That shaped me. I always felt called to help others, but I also wanted to have lived experience to truly understand the weight people carry.
Life gave me that experience…
Being adopted, having chronic health conditions and having the experience of losing many loved ones over time, I learned early what it feels like when you are misunderstood. I watched those I love navigate grief with little support, and I felt the quiet isolation of carrying things that had no place to go. Later, as I pursued my global HR career, I walked alongside people through every stage of life, holding space for struggles often hidden behind professional walls.
Therapy became the right path…
Those experiences made it clear to me that support matters, not just in fleeting moments but in ongoing, compassionate presence. Infertility, illness, loss, and simply the exhaustion of holding it all together are some of many reasons that can make people lose themselves or struggle. Once I began my own therapy journey, I realized it was finally time to follow my dream of supporting others. Becoming a therapist felt less like a choice and more like a calling - the right time to offer a safe, steady space where people feel understood, less alone, and more able to hold onto themselves through it all.
Being a Therapist now…
I am deeply passionate about creating a safe and grounded space for others - a place where slowing down, reconnecting with what truly matters, and making small, meaningful shifts is possible. I believe in the power of getting 1% better each day. Therapy with me is about uncovering your “why,” and finding ways to live in alignment with it. I’ll support you, I’ll gently challenge you, and together, we’ll create a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.
